In this six-week series, you are invited to explore essential components of mindfulness and begin to experience its positive, transformative potential. You will learn scientifically validated techniques that reduce stress, improve resiliency, and increase overall well-being and happiness. Recognizing the specific challenges of parenting in a busy world, and applications of mindfulness for parents, is a special focus of this group.
