As students enter higher grades, academics and social pressures increase dramatically. Mindfulness offers practical skills that can help youth navigate challenges in their lives most effectively. Scientifically validated studies have demonstrated that mindfulness improves our ability to manage stress, strengthens concentration, builds self-compassion and empathy, enhances self-regulation and self-confidence, and more!
