This workshop offers participants an introduction to mindfulness that demonstrates how simple tools have the power to transform our lives by reducing stress and improving overall wellbeing. Topics include what mindfulness is (and is not), how and why it is beneficial, and tips for starting a practice and integrating mindfulness into one's life.
