When individuals practice mindfulness, they strengthen their focus and clarity, increase their compassion, and deepen their self-awareness.  These changes contribute to greater social and emotional intelligence individually and also create the foundation for thriving communities.  There are many benefits for students and educators when these practices are brought into schools.

We offer professional development workshops and courses for school staff, as well as direct training demonstration programs for students.  Established programs are customized to best meet the needs of school communities.
