Are you looking for ways to refresh, deepen, and broaden your mindfulness practice, while enriching your life? If so, you might like to join us for a 5-week course in “Cultivating Peace and Joy.” We will be diving deeply into heart-focused qualities and practices that are known to lead to greater ease, balance, and happiness. Key topics include gratitude, lovingkindness, compassion for oneself and others, forgiveness, empathic joy, and equanimity. This course was designed for graduates of MBSR and other experienced meditators who already have a foundation in mindfulness practices.
There are five weekly classes, each 1.5 hours long, which allows time for practice, reflection, and dialogue as we explore ways to live with a greater sense of peace and joy.
SCHEDULE: Tuesday evenings
5 Weekly Classes, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: April 30, May 7, 14, 21, and June 4
Course Location: EKOE Health Yoga Studio, 254 N. Washington St., Falls Church, VA
Tuition: $150 including all course material, home practice, and class time.
