Are you looking for ways to refresh and deepen your mindfulness practice? If so and if you have already taken MBSR, then this NEW 6-week course could be just the opportunity for you. We'll follow the MBSR class format of 2.5 hours plus a full day of mindfulness, which will allow plenty of opportunity for practice, and dialogue, and we’ll explore new ways to practice that emphasize bringing more compassion and happiness into our lives.
SCHEDULE: Sunday evenings
6 Weekly Classes, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Apr. 7, 14, 28, May 5, 12, June 2 (There will not be classes on Apr. 21 and May 26)
All day retreat, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM: SATURDAY May 18, 2019
